On Monday 8 February 2016, St Patrick’s Marist College, Dundas students Tayla Duguid and Bradley Cincotta took out the duo of both male and female award for the 2015 NSWCCC Blue Award for Touch Football.
On Monday 8 February 2016, St Patrick’s Marist College, Dundas students Tayla Duguid and Bradley Cincotta took out the duo of both male and female award for the 2015 NSWCCC Blue Award for Touch Football at an awards evening held at St Patrick’s College, Sutherland.
Nominated and supported by their Principal Angela Hay, NSWCCC Convenor, Coach and Manager and the NSWCC Blue Award Sub Committee, these students proudly represented their school at all games and training sessions and participated in a true sporting manner.

Angela said the prestigious Blue Award recognises the participation in the true spirit of the NSWCCC Sporting Association.
‘Tayla also claimed the 2015 Vince Villa Memorial Award presented to the most outstanding male and female athlete of the year, for her level of performance, contribution and commitment to NSWCCC representative sport,’ Angela said. ‘This Award takes into consideration sporting excellence as well as her contribution to junior sport, school leadership roles, academic achievements, extra curricular activities and other school sport representation.’

‘This is the first time a student at St Patrick’s Marist has been awarded this honour, an outstanding achievement Tayla,’ she said. ‘Both Tayla and Bradley have represented the College at NSWCCC level for the past few years and we are extremely proud that their skills and abilities have been recognised.’

🙇🙇♀️ As part of our Holiday Class program in preparation for the Trial HSC Examinations, students from English Standard, Advanced and Extension 📝📝 came together for our Year 12 English Study Day. Students learned from experienced HSC markers and a former St. Pat's student who ranked in the State for English Advanced and Extension. The day began with a lecture for the Common Module for each course, followed by skills workshops and tutor sessions. We thank all students who attended and the Year 12 English teachers for volunteering their holiday time to help our students. 💚💛
